This position is working 32 hours per week working both am and pm shifts. Duties: Provide resident directed care and support to our residents. Work under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.

Foster an environment of acceptance and choice. Contributes to and demonstrates knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans. Provide support for the family.

Skills and Experience Required: Hold Health and Wellbeing certificate preferred. Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness. Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred.
